Single Session Coaching is a simple 3-step process.
Your session includes:
- Pre-session prep: You'll fill out a short questionnaire to identify goals and challenges prior to the session, so every minute of your coaching time is spent on your breakthrough.
- 1-on-1 Breakthrough session (90 minutes via Zoom): We'll get video or audio (your preference) and go straight to tackle the main issue through specific tools and techniques depending on your issue. If there is time, we can address a secondary issue, topic, goal or project for you to resolve.
- Post-session resources: You’ll get a link to the recording and summary with suggested action steps and leave equipped with the clarity, confidence and renewed energy to implement and move quickly on your next best step.
Session is private and confidential.
As soon as your payment is processed, you'll receive an email with access to the questionnaire and to the calendar for scheduling.
