Coaches don’t diagnose or treat mental health issues - therapists do. Coaches focus on the process of helping you achieve your personal and professional goals.

While both work 1-1 with you in a customized way, the focus of life coaching is on the individual’s personal goals and the focus of business coaching is on professional goals and/or the business objectives. Business coaching also includes additional strategy in the area of marketing, messaging and sales, which I have experience and expertise on, both in English and Spanish markets.

Commitment is the biggest predictor of success in a transformation. For that reason, missed sessions are lost sessions. Same goes for refunds: Given the nature of the program, once you’re in, you're in - no refunds. This is the mindset and behavior that gets you to success - being in 100% and moving forward on your dreams to completion. 

That's exactly what the application is for. I have been coaching 1-1 for years and know almost instantly when I can (or can't) help someone. I will kindly let you know either way with full transparency, as I'm only looking to work with right-fit clients that I can be 100% invested in.

Choose based on whether you're looking to achieve one professional goal or project, more than one goal or project, or to do a total overhaul to start, grow or scale your business. We don't do overwhelm around here, so the more professional goals and business projects you want to complete, the better fit a longer package will be, so you can stay focused on a goal and paced without stress.

Voxer is a free walkie-talkie app, which coaches often use to communicate with their clients privately in real time, through voice and/or text messages in a channel exclusive to coach and client. You have unlimited support, meaning you can send me a voice or audio message anytime of your day and night and I will respond within 24 hours (usually pretty promptly) during business hours Monday-Friday. Voxer is typically used for burning questions or in-the-moment support that can't wait until our next session.

If you want to continue, you can simply renew for another 3, 6 or 12 months, provided spots are available.

One hour per week for the weekly sessions. After that, it's up to you how much time you want to allocate to implement changes in your daily life or practice what you learn through training. If there are specific habits to break and others to instill, we'll definitely work with your calendar to include priorities. After all, your calendar tells me everything about what you're committed to in your life, and when you commit to your objectives, your time will reflect that in the best way.
